Synopsis

Yoon Mi-do, a girl who has just graduated from elementary school in a small island town, gets caught up in strange events at home before entering middle school.
Locked in the basement by her father, her mother's fate is unknown.
As the months passed by, her anger toward her father grew.
She witnesses her father murdering her mother through a crack in the basement door.
Mi-do is convinced that her father will kill her as well.
Then, her father enters the basement.
She subdues him with a hammer, and she escapes from the house.
However, the island she lives on is an isolated island where the zombie virus has spread, and the only survivor nearby is the owner of the local convenience store.
She wonders if her father was trying to protect her from the virus or if he was trying to live like an anarchist in a world that has become a lawless place.
She falls into a deep contemplation.
Mi-do, who is exceptionally clever and precocious compared to other children of her age, decides to behave in a way that could rationalize her actions to escape the island.
In contrast to the spread of the zombie virus seen in games or movies, in this case, when a person who was not bitten by a zombie still died and turned into a new creature without any resemblance to a zombie.
The survivors are constantly at each other's throats for being carriers of the virus.
Moreover, people continuously murder each other due to their own greed, resulting in an increasing number of new creatures.
Due to Mi-do's attack, her father has turned into a dreadful monster.
The owner of the local convenience store, who knows what she has done, is constantly chasing Mi-do as she fights for her survival...
